Our Services
PAX Creative Co. provides creative services, including branding, graphic design, photography, video, custom merchandise, and ongoing creative support.
Your project’s scope, pricing, deliverables, and estimated timeline will be outlined in your quote, booking details, or written agreement. If a project agreement conflicts with these general terms, the project agreement controls for that project.
Bookings and Project Confirmation
Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date or confirm a project. Your booking or project is confirmed when we have accepted it and you have completed any required agreement and initial payment.
Appointments are managed through Acuity Scheduling. Please provide accurate contact information and review the details before completing your booking.
Pricing and Payments
Prices and payment schedules are provided at checkout, during booking, or in your project quote. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other required fees will be disclosed before you complete your purchase.
Payments are processed through Squarespace Payments, PayPal, or Venmo, depending on the options available at checkout.
Any required deposit, its refund terms, and the remaining payment deadline will be disclosed before you commit. Additional work outside the agreed scope requires your approval of any added fees before that work begins.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide the information, materials, permissions, and feedback reasonably needed to complete your project.
You are responsible for ensuring that materials you provide, including photographs, logos, text, and artwork, may legally be used for the project.
Please carefully review proofs for spelling, dates, contact details, sizing, and other information before approving production or publication. Changes requested after approval may affect pricing and delivery dates. This does not limit your rights if we deliver work that does not match the approved specifications.
Revisions and Changes
The number and type of included revisions will be specified in your project agreement or quote.
Requests for additional concepts, deliverables, or changes to an approved direction may require an updated quote and timeline. We will discuss those changes with you before proceeding.
Timelines and Delivery
Delivery estimates depend on the project scope, availability, timely feedback, and receipt of required materials.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, delivery dates are estimates. If a delay occurs, we will communicate with you about its effect and the next steps. Please tell us about any firm deadline before booking.
Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms will be provided with the applicable service, booking, or project agreement before payment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact SUPPORT@PAXCREATIVECO.COM as soon as possible. Any charges for completed work, reserved time, or committed expenses will follow the terms you accepted and applicable law.
If PAX cannot fulfill an order or service, we will discuss an alternative with you or refund amounts paid for the portion we cannot provide.
Nothing in these terms limits refund or other consumer rights required by law.
Ownership of Completed Work
Upon full payment, PAX Creative Co. transfers to the client its ownership rights in the final, original artwork and logos created specifically for that client, as documented in a signed project agreement. Clients may use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that work without further permission from or credit to PAX Creative Co.
This transfer does not include ownership of third-party materials, such as fonts, stock images, music, or other licensed assets. Those materials remain subject to their respective licenses. Clients may need to obtain their own licenses for certain uses, including installing or using font software.
PAX Creative Co. does not provide copyright registration, trademark registration, or legal clearance services. Clients are responsible for seeking legal advice and completing any registration or clearance processes they wish to pursue. Delivery of a design does not guarantee eligibility for copyright or trademark registration.
Editable source files, unused concepts, working files, and raw photographs or video footage are included only when specified in the project agreement. Ownership and usage rights for photography, video, and other deliverables will be specified in the applicable project agreement.
Purchasing a physical product, such as a shirt or print, transfers ownership of that item. It does not transfer copyright in the underlying design unless that design is separately included in the agreed ownership transfer.
Portfolio and Promotional Use
Any permission for PAX to display your project, photographs, name, or likeness in a portfolio, on social media, or in promotional materials will be addressed separately in your project agreement or release.
These website terms alone do not grant permission to use your likeness for advertising.
Custom Merchandise and Physical Products
Please review sizing, quantities, colors, placement, and artwork before approving a custom order. Screen displays and production methods may cause slight variations between digital previews and finished products.
Return and cancellation conditions for custom items will be disclosed before purchase. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from your approved order, contact us promptly with your order details and photographs so we can review and resolve the issue.
Ongoing Creative Services
For ongoing partnerships or recurring services, your agreement will specify the included work, billing schedule, renewal terms, and cancellation process.
Any recurring charges require your authorization. These terms alone do not authorize a subscription or automatic renewal.
Website Use
You may not use our website for unlawful purposes, submit fraudulent information, interfere with website security, or copy protected website content without permission.
Ownership of purchased client work is governed by the Ownership of Completed Work section and the applicable project agreement.
Third-Party Services
Our website uses third-party services, including Squarespace, Acuity Scheduling, PayPal, and Venmo. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and privacy policies.
If a technical issue affects a purchase or booking, please contact us so we can help resolve it.
Results and Legal Rights
We will provide the services described in your agreement. However, creative and marketing work cannot guarantee particular sales, audience growth, engagement, or other business outcomes.
Nothing in these terms excludes obligations or liability that cannot legally be excluded, or limits rights available to you under applicable consumer protection laws.
Privacy
Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and share personal information.
Questions and Disputes
If you have a concern about an order or project, contact us so we can work toward a resolution. This does not restrict your right to pursue other remedies available under applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms and revise the date shown above. Changes apply to future transactions and do not retroactively alter an existing project agreement without your agreement.
